digging yours DL. only track I knew was Eutow - love how all over the place it is so you never know what's coming, love vinyl sets in general, the way the crackles remind me of how this is something out of someone's collection...though your records are clean in general :) the bit in the middle where it goes all flamenco (??) is real nice

Hey thanks frogbs. Yes it was very much me with a box of records from my collection in a music shop on a Saturday afternoon during a jazz festival, so it's stylistically everywhere. I like to think i tried to give it a bit of flow, even if it does go from ambient/electronic into fully acoustic. I think the bit you mean is the Los Machucambos tune, or possibly Agustin Peyrera Quartet

new set, deliberately soundtracked to my best friend erin painting a bunch of watercolor landscapes, which the video frequently shows in progress. very different kind of flow and atmosphere for me here (usually even if i'm just djing by myself, i'm trying to make people dance) and it was fun to get into a more contemplative space, but i was mainly echoing off of erin's art, going for dreamy and fog-shrouded above anything else
