1 cent CD store at Amazon: What am I missing here?

There's a gimmick right? Is the shipping expensive? What's to stop me from ordering three hundred CD's and paying eight bucks and then reselling half of them on the cheap?

It's all CD's he got for free from labels. I bought one from him. I believe they all have the hole punched in the jewel case (whatever the name for that is) to keep it from being "re-sold," which obviously doesn't work. The CD costs 1 penny, and he charges you a few bucks for shipping. That's a few bucks + 1 penny profit. You're not missing anything, except a bunch of cheap CD's with awful stickers all over them and holes punched through the jewel case.
