The worst band name in the world, by far, especially when presented as a gleaming metal logo; and, also the most deliciously over-the-top melodic power-pomp metal ever, if the one track I have heard is an indication. Of course, it may not be.

This song is 'Frozen Candle' ('Burning like a frozen candle' goes the lyric - what, not burning at all, in other words? Magnificent! Heavy metal non-sequiturs rule the cosmos!) - and it is just so wonderful I want to jump in. But where do you recommend? I am of course hoping that someone here is a fan.

The two singles from last year I heard are both excellent; I may overrate "King Of Fools" slightly because the opening riff reminds me of an old Commodore 64 game (Trantor, possibly), but, damn, "Lavatory Love Machine", the follow up, was one of the best rock singles of 2004. It's the best song ever about joining the mile-high club, anyway.

Search that immediately.

It gets better. The chorus goes:

The plane's crashing, you see. The word "fastened" is pronounced incorrectly - those pesky silent Ts.
