I don't got 3, 6, and 9 of your albums, and 2 of your e.p's, but I'd agree otherwise with that list, except for the House of Love. Never rated them much...

It's in no way "nuts" to rate Gand Prix over Ride. There are plenty of problems with the list, but that's hardly one of them. In fact, Ride should be bumped entirely. Does any still listen to that? I'm honestly curious.

I thought there'd be more I like - I was going to put the Telescopes' first album up, but then I remembered it wasn't on Creation. Perhaps there's stuff that I've forgotten. Most of the momus stuff I like is post-creation. You could probably shake up titles 2-6 and put them in any order for me, preference-wise. I don't like Oasis, I don't like Teenage Fanclub, and I fucking hate prml scrm (except for the first album, which isn't on creation either IIRC?) so that's whole swathes of their back catalogue out of the picture.

(x-post, yeah, they should have mixed ride's vox lower, so you couldn't work out what they were singing)

I listen to Ride far more than I listen to Grand Prix...in fact, the only Fanclub album I like less is Thirteen.

I'd also put Momus' Tender Pervert fairly high on my list.

agreed on the lyrics, but I still listen to Ride, both Nowhere and the OX_4 collection, occasionally Going Blank Again. a local store has Tarantula used for $4, and I keep meaning to pick it up out of sheer morbid curiosity.

Pygmalion is lovely, and demanding of a re-release.
