..and this semi qualifies, but the Butthole Surfers' Hairway To Steven. Initially, the album songs were depicted as rude little drawings, but the Double Live release pretty much gave away most of the real song titles, then they were officially released later on, some time.

Buck 65's Square album just has four 15 minute-long tracks (that each could be broken into 4 or 5 "songs") titled "Square 1", "Square 2", etc.
