C/D : Mathematics, "Love, Hell or Right" (Wu-affiliated producer)

A friend of mine told me that the DJ Allah Mathematics (AKA Mathematics) album "Love, Hell or Right" was really a throwback to old school Wu-Tang beats, the likes of which we haven't heard in many years. I haven't heard anything about this CD, but I really liked all the beats he's contributed to various Wu albums over the years. Does anyone have anything to say about this one?

Yeah, also "Do You Really?" off The W, a few tracks off Supreme Clientele, and some other stuff. I think his stuff has been uniformly good, so I was wondering about his album, which seems to have been overlooked.

I'd never even heard of this. Who is Buddha Bless?

five months pass...
So, has anyone here heard "The Problem," his new record? I almost bought it sight unseen (it's so hard for me to resist buying things with the Wu logo on them), but I have heard ZERO buzz. And I don't see any thread on here about it (I swear to god I checked).

Is it any good?

I can't believe there's no one here that hasn't heard this or doesn't want to comment on it.

It's really not very good at all.

'Strawberries & Cream' is fantastic yeah, that beat is wonderful. The other tracks I heard were alright, I thought.

I was surprisingly disappointed with the first album... his productions on the Wu albums have been very good in my opinion, and i was a bit surprised at how lackluster his first solo album was... nevertheless, I'm still looking forward to checking the second one out.

I really, really like this album ("the problem"). Eyeslow has become one of the best Wu-affiliates (and he's all over this). It's as good as Love, hell, or Right, and the best Wu-related album since RZA's "Birth of a Prince" (and yeah, I am taking "Prett Toney" into account).
