this song & the album it came from are great, but yeah, I wince when Devin says "goin' way up in they kidneys when I stick 'em" - I don't think Devin or Z-Ro mean any harm, of course, but then no-one ever does, eh? Best song on the album to me is "Another Song," there's a really great emo quality to it. And the opening freestyle is fucking amazing.

this gets better every time i listen to it.

at first the sound of the record seems almost too uniform, not in a bad way but from a very consistent style - so it's nice to feel as if the songs are opening up as i come to know them better.
