why does the new Motley Crue song sound so different ?

Just dl'ed Motley crue - "If i die tomorrow" ,it's brilliant but doesn't sound like the Crue i know and love.
Vince's vocals are better.
Is the solo from Boston/Journey ?
Why ? Is it the same line up ?
It reminds me of a big power ballad like" you're All I need " or " without You".
