According to the City Pages's Peter Scholtes, MC Skat Cat was a Minneapolis rapper called Delite,of the crew Soul Purpose. Sadly, I was rocking the metal in Hastings, Minn, at that point (i.e., 1987), so no clear recollections of either keyboards or drum machines.

I have a vague recollection of reading in an old Amiga magazine that PA used Amigas for production. Seems unlikely, tho, with 4 * 8bit mono channels...
