Italo Disco from 83 (I think) - features stunning electro riff, shouty vocal possibly featuring the lyrics "Hey Boy", and an additional hook of what sounds like the makers of the record recorded a backing chorus, got bored with the results and dropped it, leaving just the reverb of the chorus bouncing around.
