Actually, he has one-- well-- maybe two very distinctive signatures:
1) he has a gruff bass voice; it's lower than any of the other rappers2) his pitch does not fluctuate when he raps, unlike the rest of the clan

U-god is a weak-ass rapper who has caused wu-tang a lot of internal tension. fuck u-god

i kinda want to see this DVD though... even though I know it's a money-making scheme since his shitty albums never sold. RZA rightly didn't produce anything on them-- oh, except track 1 on golden arms redemption, which is just a track of u-god bragging about his mad skillz while a crowd cheers in the background. one of RZA's high points as producer if only because he gave u-god the shaft.

I think there are actually a couple of tracks by RZA on the first U-God album (not that it matters, by 1999 RZA was far from flawless.) I really like "Rumble" (which isn't produced by RZA) but it's also on the second Wu-Chronicles and more of a showcase for other guys anyway.

his voice is boring and unengaging. btw, you can watch "Rise of a Fallen Soldier" on Youtube, even though you can't get it on Netflix.
