My band, American Altitude, will hit the road in early March. Here's what's definite (more soon to follow):

3/4: Starr Hill, Charlottesville, VA
3/5: The Orange Peel, Asheville, NC (opening for Buddy Miller)
3/8: Eddie's Attic: Decatur (Atlanta), VA
3/10: Springwater, Nashville, TN

The guy used some kind of weird camera trick where he actually gradually rotated the camera on a tripod.

Yeah, I'm psyched to play there. Opening for Buddy Miller could be weird though. I understand he's some sort of Christian alt-country dude. Our band is 50% Jews.

Last time out we got to open for Dickey Betts, another odd but somewhat high-profile pairing.

If I go to the show, between songs I am going to scream as loud as I can "I LOVE MUSIC!!!!!!!" and everyone else will be bewildered and maybe lol @ me, but you'll know what the deal is.

oh... ah, that's a shame... you're playing the 10th at springwater? we play the 11th. couple that with events on the 9th and that means i'm totally screwed to come out on the 10th.

I'm no longer 100% sure about the Nashville show. Things are kind of fucked up right now -- we had the chance to open two shows for Tift Merritt in Chicago, and everything was on hold for those shows. Then suddenly she canceled them to open for Elvis Costello, and we're left with a mighty sparse looking tour right now.

Asheville and Charlottesville will definitely still happen, Pittsburgh 3/12 is also happening at Club Cafe. Atlanta is likely, but it depends if we can fill the gaps.
