Anyone know anything about a comp I found on SLSK called One Too Twee (An Indie Pop Retrospective)???

I downloaded this and it has a lot of great songs on it. I did a bit of Google researching, but didn't come up with anything. The folder is called:
va - one_too_twee_ (an_indiepop_retrospective)-3cd-2004-rentboy

Is this just a mix someone (rentboy?) made or is it an actual commercial release.

Belle and Sebastian, Iced Bears, Television Personalities, Clientele, Primal Scream, Jesus and the Mary Chain, Go-Betweens, and dozens of others... It has to just be a mix, right?
The only thing is that a decent amount of people have it...
