Music review sites

Can anyone point me in the direction of the best online music review site. I am looking for good snappy reviews of new releases in all genres. I am fed up with having to visit different sites for different genres. There must be one site that tracks all new releases and sorts the wheat from the chaf.

They review a lot of under-the-radar stuff with a bit of more popular reviews as well (for example, Of Montreal - Sunlandic Twins just went up). The only bad thing is that you occasionally have to deal with the grammar or spelling mistakes.
