Jacques Lu Cont's got some really great remixes for the dancefloor... his remixes of that Gwen Stefani song, Felix The Housecat's "Silver Screen Shower Scene," and (shockingly) Starsailor's "Four To The Floor" have worked well for me.
If you're not worried about hipster cred (I doubt you are, you're an ILM'er!) the Casablanca Records boxset has some 12" mixes of some classic Moroder songs (like a 12 minute mix of Donna Summer's "Love To Love You Baby") that are pretty transcendental. And Kylie Minogue can kill 'em.
Ada's Blondie has a few tracks that are surprisingly great for dancing to (considering it's a Kompakt release) as well as that "Maps" cover, which is pretty good for getting that emotional breakdown that "One More Time" has.
But Spencer's right, Ronan and Steve own this thread.

tho i would do revolution 909 (with the whole field recording intro), followed by a fade out and then some much slower music. disco or a slowdance is a really good idea, because more daft punk will just completely slaughter people, the 1/2 that hasn't stopped dancing will be like totally pooped out.
