Still some love for GH and Damnation here in NE Ohio -- GH is still a good draw when they do the occasional reunion show, and the Damnation reunion a couple summers ago (ca. the CD reissues on Akarma) got a good amount of local press.

valhalla was recently reissued on radioactive records. who do a pretty weak job on their reissues but fuck it - lots of people wouldn't be rocking german oak, flower travellin' band, or jake holmes without them.

i was just listening to valhalla the other night. god, that always sounds good. the first side of that album is heavenly perfection.

one of the members of TDOAB sent me a reunion dvd and an adam blessing coffee cup last year! i treasure that cup.

Love Glass Harp!! The 70s live stuff I've heard is pretty excellent. Unsung dudes for sure. How many Ohio guys barely out of their teens get John Cale to arrange strings on their album and STILL come off as the badasses in that equation?!
