Where to find the alternate take of 'Ban Marriage' by the Hidden Cameras?

I am fine with the album version but I noticed that you can find another (much better) version on Soulseek. Where is that from? Was their any official release for this?

Ban Marriage is on the original CD-R Ecce Homo release, or at least the one I have. It went through multiple iterations though.
