Sophie & Hakan - Shout - anybody know anything about this track?

I've had it for ages and love it but i can't remember how i got it. I couldn't find anything in past ILM from searches but i was hoping somebody would know where 'Sophie & Hakan' come from? I'm making a Scandinavian Pop mix and it's pretty perfect for it. The vocals have that Scandinavian inflection but i dunno.
