I know DMX and Eve, but am not sure on the quality of some of the other artists / albums. Also, there's a new volume of the Ryde or Die compilations out - any good?

I was going to say destroy the prayers on DMX albums, but I've decided that i quite like them.

Actually beyond DMX and Eve Ruff Ryders don't have very much to offer. I've got the first Ride Or Die comp. and the best tracks on it are predictably from those two. Although The Lox track was pretty good too.

RR3 is dirty sizouth -- the Eve "You Me And She" track is a Gotti joint, and so very good. They do the dense electric thang well, and have dropped any swizz productions.

Jadakiss, "Knock yourself out." Haven't heard the album though.

Eve's debut album was quite good. On the new Ryde or Die compilation there is one (1) good song, produced by Timbaland and performed by Jadakiss & Bubba Sparxxx.

Isn't Sisqo in RR? Destroy him.

search: "What Y'all Want" on Eve's first album, almost all of Scorpion.

I was just having a conversation Friday night about DMX. We all agreed that DMX really really wants something - but what IS it?
