best pair of CDJs for the $$$?

been looking at the Pioneer CDJ1000s as well as the CDJ 700s. anyone own these or other cd decks? thoughts/comments/advice would be much appreciated...

go for the 1000s. they are the only ones in my experience that are worth it. alot of cdjs are made really crappy.
