For me it's:

Bathory : Possessed (From ‘The Return’) – mainly for the rigid drum/bass patterns which carry a lot of menace and feel without being too complicated or tricky

Darkthrone : Transilvanian Hunger (the title track, and the whole damn album really) - for rigid repeating melodic patterns that are performable by sequencers

i am against the use of eletronic to create black metal! it is mockery of the nightspirit and its wishes.

but i finally appear on this thread after long time breaking in activity to announce after much delayening the Byzantum LP 'beneath the haunted moon' to be released by june!

the master tape was stolen by betrayer from Fogschtompen recordings, where dealings were in effect to rekleae album. of course after much hunting through contacts in the underground with my black astral energies i traced the bastard rat to his flat in Brussels where i caught him in relations with his dog! both were slaughtered, i decapitate their heads and devour their brains. the dog because of wolfen ancestry of course i perform cleansing rtual to allow its soul the pleasure of being devoured mercilessly by nightspirit. i do this all through vessel controlled with my astral charmening. it look like random crime but behold it is me acting through my inner strength will becoming the night!

to make story shortened, the album is independently released through cafepress.com. no labels no sellout, no bullshit. total necro cultic distribution my friends. if i could exploit through slave labor i would but money being tight i am forcened to cut corners. the Lp's release into the world of you inferior mortals iall that is mattering.

behold...the releasening is near...those compromisers of the wolfen spirit will know fear in their hearts when the first notes of darkness sound in their ears. soon they will bow before the pail moon and its scorching freeze, the blizzards of old destroying their weakened minds as the nightspirit awakens from its slumber.
