I did an order (by internet) with this place before Christmas, got a perfectly great number of reply/confirmation emails, and then it never turned up. This is a $100+ order, so I'm pretty vexed. 8-10 emails and a couple of tollcalls haven't elicited any information or even replies, so I'm wondering can anyone confirm that they're even still operating? It'd just be nice to know if that's the problem. Thanks in advance.

I was the one who's name the order was under and the reference was bc001511. I'm just looking for confirmation that the order was sent, if it's lost in the mail that's life etc, but it would be really great to hear something!
