Just discovered that Matador has an active US trademark registration for the phrase ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, ALL WRONGS RESERVED, covering "musical sound recordings" (reg'd 2003; date of first use in commerce: 1990).

Use specimens filed to support the registration are images of the phrase on the following CDs:
2002: Mr. Len, Pity the Fool
2009: Condo Fucks, Fuckbook
2013: Shearwater, Palo Santo
