Should I open this copy of Peter Cusack's "Baikal Ice (Spring 2003)" that some bastard Amazon zSeller sent me instead of Art Bears, "The World As It Is Today"?

I had never heard of him. Allmusic labels him as a British free jazz guitarist following Derek Bailey's legacy, and I guess he used to be in a group with David Toop.

I doubt I'll open it-- I'd much rather have Art Bears-- but I wanted to make sure I wasn't passing up something special. Anyone?

Peter Cusack is fantastic. That is, if you like field recordings layered with improvisations and noise. He does play guitar, but i don't think i would place him alongside Bailey. He has played with Max Eastley, Nic Collins, Toop, etc. He also did a great album called Your Favorite London Sounds. Pretty self explanitory. I say keep the cd and get Art Bears, too.
