'After The Rain' by the Comsat Angels kinda does, though I dunno if I'd say so if it wasn't about rain.

Yes, "Close To The Edge". 'Cause the intro & outro both sound like a rainforest, obviously; but so does that little percolating Rick Wakeman synth-bit. (Or sequencer, whatever.)

Herbie Hancock's "Rain Dance" was obviously meant to sound like rain, and it does. Ditto for The Prodigy's "Weather Experience".

I remember listening to Bailter Space's "No. 2" on a train ten years ago when I was traveling on a gloomy, rainy night between Seattle and Vancouver and thinking it was the most rain-like song I'd ever heard. (That whole album is rain-ish.)

Nah, don't agree, sorry - a lot of Bryter Layter is very balmy.

I Would like to contribute "Loran's Dance" by Mudie's Allstars for some soaking wet rocksteady reggae instrumentalism. Very beautiful tune to walk around to in a downpour.

songs with rain/ storm sounds

Help me make this mix of songs with rain sounds in their intros or outros

I became briefly obsessed with this after reading these two threads last summer - songs with rain sounds rather than that sound like rain.
