ITunes: Achieving song-to-song volume consistency

Dear friends,
Could someone please tell me if ITunes has a feature that allows you to automatically sync volume levels before burning a playlist to CD.

To have all songs play at the same volume level, choose iTunes > Preferences, then click the Audio button and select the Sound Check checkbox.

Actually, you want iTunes > Preferences, then click the Burning button and select the Use Sound Check checkbox.
