Anyone heard this yet?

It's pretty damn good. I like it much more than their last record, which was 70 minutes of dentist-drill-like tomfoolery. Just saw them LIVE (in Austin) not more than an hour ago. They are INCREDIBLE live...

Although I must say that The Locust are even better. All hail The Locust.

Well, I had a hard time with my boss who refused to believe me when I tried to put it away in the metal section. He was convinced it was some sort of j-pop based on its cover. But head office said it was metal...

yah its fucking really good!

It is very good. Sort of a grindcore version of The Carl Stalling Project. I like all their albums about equally, though. Except The Director's Cut, which just doesn't work for me.

Apparently, you only get the calendar with the first 2500 copies or something. So snap it up today!

Just picked it up (at Circuit City of all places). Calendar version. I wonder what the next edition will look like...jewel case? Hmm.

The album is great, so far. I'm about halfway through it. Like stated above, much better than Delirium.

Just saw the "special calendar edition" of this....and left it there, but am quite curious to hear it. Didn't really enjoy the last one.

What is it like? Is it very free and noisy? Or does have grooves/hooks?

Jordan (Jordan), Tuesday, 5 April 2005 22:00 (twenty years ago)

So much better than "delirium" that it hurts. Very hook laden and (dare I say) Mr. Bunglish.

Chad, how long was the show? The Fantomas/Melvins Big Band got booed when I saw them a couple of years ago because the set was so short.

I was supposed to review this one. I took one listen and canceled. Seriously, I don't know what you guys see in this band. Perhaps live, it would be entertaining. But just listening to the CD, I about went mental.
