Is that the one on the Rough Trade country comp? That is great. Not exactly in the same style, but certainly falling into the 'white indie acts covering hip hop / r+b' category, 'Creep' by Afgan Whigs is pretty good

The Folds/Bitches is probably the best effort in this delightful genre to date though. Whigs' Creep is grebt but I'm guessing the original was more pop'n'b than hip-hop
