hi all,
i am a product design student working on a very portable, non-intrusive, light for djs - to see the record groove if the LED on the turntable is broken, to see the record stash, etc. any djs out there have any opinions - is this a problem for you? what do you use?
thanks :>

A lot of technics turntables have a built in light that's pretty good.

i usually use my lighter. the lights on technics are 1) not bright enough and 2) such a pain to change that about half the turntables out there have one that doesn't work.

if you do finish yr design, please report back as i'd be delighted to buy something that didn't burn my fingers.

the built-in light is always broken! and yeah, they're not bright enough. dear design student, please design something really good and send me a free one.
