Once a ubiquitous marketing spin-off from that other most famous video game of all time (besides Pacman), this has become one of The Forgotten pop moments. No one talks about it and I had to do some searching to find out who it was by, but I'm not kidding to say this was something of a hit among several of the other five year old boys at the school sand pit in 1980.

Would anyone know where I might be able to find an mp3? Slsk has turned up nothing so far, and there's a queue of 100 for a lousy 128kb download through WinMX. I don't think I've heard this in close to 25 years.

Er... maybe I do. A lyric check just before has the same chorus structure I remember.

Oh, yeah. It was indeed the Player One 'Space Invaders' I was thinking of. The convergence of disco, electro and video games going on in this track is just adorable.
