part of me hopes there won't be any bands i really like, because the sound and sightlines at siren tend to be horrible. i like it more as an excuse to eat too many hot dogs.

I'm with Rajeev. I hope that it's the Bright Eyes/Seth Cohen festival, cos I don't enjoy Coney Island as a festival location (or summer festivals at all, really), and I'd rather not go unless they get someone really great.

I have always had a great time at Siren Festivals! As long as I remind myself that the music will sound 50,000 miles away and muddled, it's such a good excuse to pound Nathans and people-watch the beautiful folk.
