In praise of - the new xzibit single! (I can't believe it either)

A couple weeks ago i heard "Criminal Set" on Damage Control and was all "whoa...is that some big single i missed back in the day?" and it's a million times better than that pretty blah timbaland track, and a billion times better than anything on his last album. I probably would have heard this sooner had it not been for my intense buyer's regret after the last one. Long story short - "Criminal Set" is great. Its a total throwback but it sounds ridicu-fresh and has one of those great videos, total summertime heat, palm trees and more ese's than motorcade police parades thru east LA, all widescreen-stylee.
