A couple of mixes I prepared for my wife's birthday party.
No one liked them much, of course. Except me; I jumped around like a mad bastard. (After going into a sulk because her friend put on something poppy that everyone actually did like.)
But maybe some people on ILM will enjoy :

Warning contains bits of M.I.A. (with latin-jazz overdubs), Baile-funk, grime, reggaeton, forro, bhangra, crunk, speeded-up Russian pop, greek, gypsy, Brazilian, Bollywood Brass Band etc.

Old skool ragga-jungle, brazilian carnival, Aphex, african guy with a jungle mix, electronic tango.
Caveat 1 : Reynoldsites who are purist about territories ain't gonna aprove. It's all a bit cosmopolitan sophisticate.
Caveat 2 : it's not like I can mix or anything.

Gotta be more careful with the cuts. Lots of stuff jumping in and out, its kind of discordant in a "bad mixing" way.

Also, if you're gonna layer vocals (as in your junglist thing), try to make sure they're at least complimentary or even in the same key.

while the mixing is not perfect, track selection is killer.

three years pass...
it's called "t&a," only artists starting with t & a. i've got:
1. amerie - 1 thing
2. twisted black - i'm a fool wit it
3. aaliyah - are you that somebody
4. trae - no help (ft. z-ro)
5. autechre - gargagemx36
i need a better 5 track that works w/ the trae track but goes somewhere else and isn't as long as autechre.
