Some of it's been taken already, but out of the CDs I saw these were the ones I was interested in. Tell me if these CDs are worth the prices he's charging.

!!! - !!! - $8
Hella - Church Gone Wild/Chirpin' Hard - $8.50
Husker Du - Warehouse: Songs and Stories - $8
Outkast - Aquemini - $5
Outkast - ATLiens - $4
Throwing Muses - In a Doghouse - $8

I know some of these prices are high for a "personal" sale, but I've been eyeing a few of these for a while and it's probably cheaper than I'd find in a used CD store. Which are worth the money?

none of em (IMO)

If you really really like Outkast, then those two are good prices.

Hurting (Hurting), Saturday, 23 April 2005 01:56 (twenty years ago)

the !!! album is better than "louden up now" but that's not saying much

Aerodynamic (Aerodynamic), Saturday, 23 April 2005 01:57 (twenty years ago)

In a Doghouse is TOTALLY worth $8!!!

$9 for OutKast's two best albums not called Stankonia is a damn bargain.

Stupornaut (natepatrin), Saturday, 23 April 2005 02:09 (twenty years ago)

Outkast albums, all others are overpriced. They're USED. He must not want to get rid of them.

jmeister (jmeister), Saturday, 23 April 2005 02:41 (twenty years ago)

Husker Du - Warehouse: Songs and Stories - $8

This is a joke. A bargain bin staple. Selling your collection you have to meet halfway between what the store would give you + retail. $6 tops.

Mark (MarkR), Saturday, 23 April 2005 02:53 (twenty years ago)

Just ask to borrow and burn.
I'd buy the Outkast if I didn't have it tho'.

Is In a Doghouse the one with their early self-released tape on it?

Tim Ellison (Tim Ellison), Saturday, 23 April 2005 03:28 (twenty years ago)

I consider those Outkast albums two of the best albums ever made(and their best two also), but I'd still try to talk him down, I mean money is money you can get that shit for $5 anywhere if you look hard enough.

tremendoid (tremendoid), Saturday, 23 April 2005 03:33 (twenty years ago)

get the outkast. DON'T get the !!!.

a banana (alanbanana), Saturday, 23 April 2005 04:38 (twenty years ago)

Is In a Doghouse the one with their early self-released tape on it?

Yes, plus their 1st LP and the Chains Chained EP and a few newer songs (it's a double disk). Well worth $8 if you like tham.

nickn (nickn), Saturday, 23 April 2005 05:22 (twenty years ago)

the !!! album is good, just not $8 good. lump it in with the outkast and bargain him down.

rajeev (rajeev), Saturday, 23 April 2005 05:30 (twenty years ago)

Both of those OutKast records are terrific.

PeopleFunnyBoy (PeopleFunnyBoy), Saturday, 23 April 2005 15:07 (twenty years ago)

Get Outkast and Throwing Muses. If !!! and Husker Du weren't as much as Throwing Muses I'd suggest those, too. I don't know of Hella.

Ian Riese-Moraine. To Hell with you and your gradual evolution! (Eastern Mantra), Saturday, 23 April 2005 17:50 (twenty years ago)

The prices for those OutKast albums are absolute steals.

Sean Braudis, Saturday, 23 April 2005 17:55 (twenty years ago)

Steal is a bit strong, but they are at least a deal if you like Outkast (esp. compared to the other discs which are basically a rip off.)
