This is certainly interesting... apparently this long lost song dating from the 70s, which hashes together the lyrics and melody of "Gilligan's Island" with the music of "Stairway to Heaven" was suppressed by a lawsuit by Zeppelin's publishing company, and all remaining copies of the album were destroyed. I dig it.

The original was a 7" on Splash records. Not everything was destroyed (I've got one). I believe the song has shown up recently on a Dr. Demento comp as well. There also used to be a version floating around the 'net that was taped from some classic rock radio "Lost in archives" or some such series, with a DJ speaking over the opening chords.

Oh yeah, it's one of my fave records of all time.
