Does it count if it's a cat named Elvis? (She [yes, she] lived in a long-gone and sadly missed record store.)

There was a guy who used to play at Fat Matt's in Atlanta who called himself Elvis, but it seemed to be part of a persona rather than his given name. He also showed up on Talk-Back Live.

A lot of Bosnians have moved into town; ergo, I have met several Elvises. Also, it's my cousin's middle name (we're an Elvis-lovin', substance-abusin' family).

Once. Not named so by his parents, but he changed it to Elvis as soon as he was allowed to, apparently. He didn't dress like Elvis, but did the whole 50s greaser thing, which admittedly isn't too uncommon in the town I live in.

why do people still name their children "dylan"? it's such a cliche! the only thing that would make that halfway cool is if those kids were named for dylan on 90210.

jody there was a thing on slate about people naming their kids dylan! the funny thing was it extrapolated from previous trends to predict what will be the cliched names in ten years or so, one of the female ones was "clementine" and i was like 'o man i'm totally naming my second daughter clementine'.
