as a minotaur, i find it most soothing to listen to long droney noises while i am trapped in the centre of my maze. a passing bluebird told me my father would kill whichsoever musician of the court that please me most because it is meant that i am to suffer in eternity - who do i choose?

Koener = long, droney noises (and pretty good ones at that) Gunter = mostly no noises (lots of l o n g silences, punctuated by tiny little micro-events)

Personally I prefer the former for most listening/not-listening situations, but both have their (barely audible) charms.

i would take koner by a nose. if only for the track he did on one of the modulation and transformation comps, with tt. wip, i think. and for porter ricks, and their remix of low. and for drone drone drone drones. gunter's "time dreaming itself" and "for mark rothko" were both pretty nice, but sometimes i feel as if he uses quiet to cover up the blandness of his compositions.
