Does this Pavement video/DVD actually exist? Has it been released or will it?

since it was announced that such a dvd would be released, i have seen nine hundred posts like this. the release has been delayed indefinately. you can pre-order it from amazon and cdnow i think (though if you talk to the scores of people who pre-ordered it in '99, they'd advise against it).
