Help me identify cheesy dance/R+B records...

OK...first one is a garage track from summer 2000, with a chorus going something like 'I feel good good good, I feel good yes wonderful good (something something something) then a shout of 'selecta!' Yeah, doesn't narrow it down much.

The other was a big hit around summer 2002, female R+B that sampled something Bollywood esque. Something like (sample) 'returns my pages (sample) can go for ages'
