Have you a recurrent BPM in yr Kollectionne - do you gravitate to music at that pace - do you like music that changes speed - are you a chill[80-90]/dance[131+]/Rock[150-180] collector - which bands can handle more than one speed/song [slow song/fast song] with skill and who collides different BPM's together the best ?

127 bpm, for some reason, maybe it's house, but I can drag most things in sync from here.

80-90 funk, exp.when sampled - that's the 'Atomic Dog' speed isn't it?

Strap on some studded leather wristbands, paint yer face in corpse make up, and take it up to 200+ please. That's better, see?

I know someone who used to cross out "In God We Trust" on dollar bills and replace it with "120 b.p.m."

You should hear Mayhem's Hellhammer. Surely he gets to at least 300 bpm.

I like Low's tempo, (what are they, usually around 50 bpm.) Stuff like that makes you relax. I think the relaxed human heart is usually around 70 bpm. Anything slower than that is cool, because it seems too slow.

My favorite downtempo stuff is usually between 78 and 88--somewhere in there. I like stuff 135 and up, too. I always associate nethertempos like 100-110 with bad jam bands who are trying to be groovy and peppy at the same time but just coming off limp. Am I a mentalist?

168 bpm is a particular favourite of mine (1994 jungle stylee)

followed by 154 bpm.

Most of my tunes I write start at those speeds or half that speed so I can segue them together on my e.ps
