Gabríela Fridriksdóttir made it.
It was originally created for some kind of exhibition (more info: http://www.gabriela.is/) and has been kind-of adapted as a bonus feature for the US 'making of medulla + medulla videos' DVD

It doesn't look like WITL is going to be an actual single incidentally.

I downloaded this from somewhere but couldn't get my monitor bright enough to really see what was going on unfortunately :-/ Opinion on this is in neutral for me, but a lot of fans seem to really dislike this one so far!

Early indications are her Soundtrack for 'Drawing Restrain 9' (the actual Barney collaboration) is going to be out around July/August.
