Alright, this has been on my mind for some time. Has anyone sampled or used this song (Beautone By Farben) in any sort of widely-released mix, or is it just sounding familiar out of nowhere. Thanks.

maybe you are confusing it with "live at the sahara tahoe, 1973"? that track features v prominently in "the button down mind of daniel bell" and is similarly constructed (drippy ambient blips and bloops give way to a clicky rhythm and outro with sweeping string flourishes)

I think it was that whistle type synth line that kind of goes "whooooohmmmmmm" that kicks in after like 4 minutes that sounded familiar.

Thanks anyway.
And on another note I also found out, in the span of two days, that Blectum From Blechdom are female and that Matmos are gay. This obviously doesn't really change anything about them or their music, but hey, I did not know this before.
