I made up a great dance in college. No really, it was quite popular at parties. It's called "Drivin' in England, Drivin' in America", and it involves shouting that phrase in rhythm while miming use of a steering wheel with one hand, switching from the left to the right as is appropriate for "England" or "America".

The way I'd usually do it, you'd count beats in between, so it went like this:

Drivin in Englaaaaaand - (two) - (three) - Drivin in Americaaaaaa - (two) - (three)
