Don't know if it's 80's but "I Get Excited" by the PSB's is pretty Italo. Though maybe veering closer to Hi-NRG. Amazing song, nonetheless.

There's a fine line between Hi-NRG and Italo Disco, I would say. A lot of songs may be considered both.
