Album Cover Question

Help one of my friends out? I’m stumped.

"i need your help. i have a loose visual recollection of an album cover, hand drawn, maybe a bit cartoonish, that includes a helicopter or maybe one of those little planes that drags the banner behind it. I feel like it's probably something from the last 5 years, but it could be older than that. ringing any bells?

it's not so psychadelic as most of their art. i feel like it's some indie band from the past couple of years. like modest mouse or someone, but not them. or if it's not that current, someone from the smashing pumpkins era, but not them. well, let me know if you think of anything."

I would have said "After Bathing At Baxters" too, given the art description, but the band description threw me. That Of Montreal one looks about right...
