Please help me identify a Jandek song

Hi ILM,
First-time poster, long time reader.
So I'm new to Jandek (quickly becoming a fan), and recently watched the Jandek on Corwood DVD. A song is featured in the soundtrack that, to my ears, is quite a bit more "melodic" and "accessible" than the rest of his output. The few lyrics I remember describe an encounter with a spirit in a house. Does this ring a bell for anyone? Thanks for your help.

seven years pass...

I have secondary Jandek song ID request, that was also used in the Jandek on Corwood documentary: it's a song that's mostly instrumental and finds Jandek playing a very accessible (indeed, almost uncharacteristically so) chord progression on an acoustic.

I know this is very vague. Any thoughts?
