I test drove this mix yesterday in the ford. It held up well under the pressure of sandstorm, itsy bitsy teeny weeny bikini fusillades, shark attack, and stray pitbulls (there are two on our street this summer. wtf? i got kids! don't MAKE me kick yer dog, mister. they BETTER behave.) It's all-purpose and all-weather.

i love that 7A3 album. you get tracks by cash money, schoolly d, bomb squad, all kinds of cool people. i probably should have put drums of steel on the tape for that summery island feel, but i wanted something harder.

I think I have that 7A3 album too, Scott! Is that the one with "A Man's Gotta Do What a Man's Gotta Do"?

i have a tucky buzzard album, but haven't listened to it more than once because it was just blooze boogie rock (not my thang)

The Amazing Jaxon! (jaxon), Tuesday, 28 June 2005 20:32 (twenty years ago)

Jaxon, dood, the song on this tape is so fuckin' phat and funky you would die and go to heaven. it is dying to be sampled, i don't know why it hasn't been. the drums are amazing.
