RIAA try to trick you on Ebay?

Look at this auction. The guy has been selling it repeatedly if you look at his history. There's no way in hell that's legal and I find it hard to believe he's got away with it so many times before anyone at Ebay killed his account. Last I checked Ebay was really pretty on top of bootlegs.

They are on top of bootlegs if someone tells them that someone is telling them who is selling them. Report him and the guy will go away. It's not an RIAA thing, it's just a scummy bootlegger.
