Surely this can't be the only music message board that you all visit. Which others are worth going to? I'm always looking for new reading.

i go to rateyourmusic, I enjoy myself there and will refrain from criticizing or comparing it other than to say: upon visiting there the phrase "rockist strawman" or indeed "strawman" will be banished from your vocabulary forever.

After meeting a couple of SOMB denizens last night (some of whom also post here), I've taken the leap and started posting there as well. Who knows if it will last. I'm still accustoming myself to the fact that the Good Dr. Bill and djdee and scott pl exist in this alternate universe.

I found that the Relapse Message Board is funny and intelligent while discussing rather extreme metal. There's a stupid factor too but it's not as pronounced as on most metal boards.
