I had a dream there was a brand new live album by The Police coming out...how likely is this to actually occur?

Just curious.

Let me be clear though I don't mean that they had reformed, it was an old performance made available on CD.

two concerts were put out on double disc about ten years ago. one show from 79 and the other from 83. called it The Police Live. mixed by Summers and Copeland. basically just product to keep some hefty incomes coming in. nothing special.

I think they should get back together and record Stewart Copeland throwing a cymbal at Sting's head.

one year passes...

I found this thread the other day by accident. I find it highly entertaining that I had this dream almost exactly two years to the day before witnessing their reunion live on June 6, 2007. I also think it's funny how I was so cautious of suggesting that they had reformed in my dream. Hahah.

It would be my wish that they release a live album from the shows they are now doing and will do.

Also did you know Andy Summers will turn 65 years old in December, and that he's ten years older than the rest of the band?

Reggatta De Blanc & King of Pain are my favourite songs, and they did them both.
